Tables of 8 and over must go onto one of our SET MENUS

All bookings up to 16 ppl can be made<

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

All group bookings of 17 ppl and over are via email only and can only be secured by filling out our credit card authorisation form and returned to us.  manager@tapavino.com.au

Each dish/section that is not an individaul 'Tapa' is designed to be shared between 3-4 people.
 
We can adjust the menu to suit dietary needs.
 
10% service is apllied to all tables of 8 and over to the final bill
 
Items may change due to the availability of produce on the day.
 
Other food items may be added and will be charged at menu prices.

Bookings from 12pm - Settle the bill by 4.45pm and vacate by 5pm

There will be two sittings during the evening 5.30pm-6.30pm  

Out by 8pm - 8.15pm

2nd sitting 8.30pm - last drinks 10.30pm  

The restaurant needs to be vacated by 11pm

Note - if you want to take both sittings for a longer festive celebration please ask for minimum spend details

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 8 - 16 GUESTS

1. 50% cancellation fee applied for a full cancellation 72 hours before booking time. Fee is calculated from the number of set menu that was booked. 25% Cancellation fee can be used for a future booking within 30 days. Not Valid for December bookings.


2. A Cancellation fee of 100% is applied, if more than 7 guests are removed from the group booking less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Fees are calculated from the number of people missing and the SET MENU price. The remainder of the group must remain on the SET MENU.


3. A drop in numbers of 2 or more guests must be advised before 6pm the evening before for next day functions, or you may be charged 100% for the missing diners.

CANCELLATION POLICY - 17 GUESTS & OVER


1. 20% cancellation fee for cancelling entire booking less than 5 days (120 hours) before booking. Fee is calculated from the number of people & set menu that were booked


2. 50% cancellation fee of Set menu of the group booking will be applied for a full cancellation less than 3-days (72 hours) from booking date. 25% of this cancellation fee can be used as a credit note for a future booking within 30 days. Credit Note not valid during December bookings


3.A Cancellation fee of 100% is applied, if more than 2 to 10 guests are removed from the group booking 48 hours before the booking time. Fees are calculated from the number of people missing and the SET MENU price. The remainder of the group must remain on the SET MENU.


4. Groups of 17 guests or more must pre-select beverages from our wine list before arriving.
